NUVII SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Last Updated: 10 August 2026

At NUVII, we are committed to getting your NUVII ClearPore Pro to you safely and efficiently.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed through the NUVII online store within the Republic of South Africa.

1. SHIPPING METHOD

All NUVII orders are shipped within South Africa using Aramex Store-to-Door Courier.

Aramex provides tracking for Store-to-Door shipments, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their parcel.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your applicable tracking information where available.

Courier: Aramex Store-to-Door
Service: Store-to-Door delivery
Delivery Area: South Africa

2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Our standard delivery timeframe is:

8–11 BUSINESS DAYS

Delivery times are calculated in business days and generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays and South African public holidays.

The estimated delivery period begins once your order has been processed and handed over to our courier for delivery.

Please note that the 8–11 business day period is an estimated delivery timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date, unless NUVII has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Aramex itself states that delivery times are destination-dependent and that remote/outlying areas may take longer than standard delivery times.

3. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after successful confirmation of payment.

Depending on the time your order is placed, processing may take additional time before the parcel is handed to the courier.

The delivery timeframe therefore does not necessarily begin at the exact moment an order is placed.

Once your parcel has been handed to Aramex, delivery is subject to the courier's operating schedules and delivery network.

4. DELIVERY DELAYS

While NUVII works with our courier partner to provide reliable delivery, circumstances outside NUVII's reasonable control may occasionally cause delays.

These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Courier network delays;
  • High shipping volumes;
  • Severe weather;
  • Flooding;
  • Road closures;
  • Accidents;
  • Vehicle breakdowns;
  • Strikes or industrial action;
  • Public holidays;
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
  • Customer unavailability;
  • Remote or outlying delivery locations;
  • Security restrictions;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Government restrictions;
  • Technical failures affecting courier operations; or
  • Other circumstances beyond NUVII's reasonable control.

NUVII cannot guarantee a specific delivery date where the delay is caused by the courier or circumstances outside NUVII's reasonable control.

However, NUVII will reasonably assist customers with tracking and communicating with the courier regarding delayed shipments.

5. IMPORTANT — YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to remove or limit any rights you may have under applicable South African law.

In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, suppliers have obligations regarding delivery, including delivery within an agreed timeframe or, where no specific timeframe applies, within a reasonable time. Goods generally remain at the supplier's risk until the consumer has accepted delivery.

Accordingly, NUVII cannot use this policy to exclude a consumer's statutory rights where those rights apply.

If an order is materially delayed beyond the agreed or reasonable delivery period, please contact NUVII so that we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number.

You can use the tracking information provided to monitor your parcel.

Aramex's Store-to-Door service provides parcel tracking through its tracking system.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us so that we can assist with the courier enquiry.

7. INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.

Please carefully check your:

  • Full name;
  • Mobile number;
  • Street address;
  • Suburb;
  • City/town;
  • Province; and
  • Postal code.

NUVII is not responsible for delays or additional delivery costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the customer, to the extent permitted by law.

Where reasonably possible, NUVII will assist in attempting to correct delivery information before delivery.

8. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Customers should ensure that someone is reasonably available to receive the parcel at the provided delivery address.

If a delivery cannot be completed because:

  • Nobody is available;
  • The address is incorrect;
  • The courier cannot access the property;
  • The customer refuses delivery; or
  • Other circumstances attributable to the recipient prevent delivery,

the courier may make further delivery arrangements in accordance with its applicable procedures.

Additional charges may apply where the courier charges NUVII for a special delivery, re-delivery or other service.

Any such charges will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

9. REMOTE & OUTLYING AREAS

Some areas in South Africa may require additional delivery time.

Aramex states that areas outside its main-centre network may have longer delivery times because service frequency cannot always be guaranteed.

Customers located in remote or outlying areas should therefore allow additional time for delivery.

10. LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

If your tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact NUVII as soon as possible.

We will investigate the matter with the courier.

Customers should not place a second order solely because a shipment appears delayed until the status of the original shipment has been established.

Where a parcel is confirmed to have been lost or otherwise not delivered, NUVII will address the matter in accordance with the applicable courier terms and South African consumer law.

11. DAMAGED PACKAGES

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives.

If the external packaging appears significantly damaged, please take photographs before opening the parcel where reasonably possible.

If the product itself appears damaged, contact NUVII as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number;
  • Photographs of the packaging;
  • Photographs of the product;
  • A description of the damage; and
  • Any other information reasonably required to investigate the matter.

Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved.

12. NUVII'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SHIPMENT

NUVII will take reasonable steps to ensure that orders are correctly packaged, addressed and handed to the courier.

Once a parcel has been handed to Aramex Store-to-Door, the physical transportation and delivery of the parcel is performed by the courier.

NUVII is not responsible for delays caused solely by circumstances outside NUVII's reasonable control, including courier operational delays, force majeure events, severe weather, strikes, road closures or other circumstances of that nature.

Aramex's own Store-to-Door terms recognise force majeure circumstances and provide that certain delays or non-performance caused directly by force majeure may fall outside Aramex's liability.

However, this does not exclude or limit any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers under South African law.

13. SHIPPING INSURANCE & COURIER LIMITATIONS

Where applicable, shipments may be subject to the courier's own insurance, liability limits and terms and conditions.

Aramex Store-to-Door currently states that its service includes R1,000 Marine GIT cover for qualifying goods, subject to its terms and a R100 excess.

This courier insurance arrangement does not replace or restrict any consumer rights that may apply to your purchase from NUVII.
